The 6n/6g and WPG Year 7 enjoyed an impressive modern adaptation of Shakespeare's "Macbeth" in the English theatre on tour. After having read the play in class, the students went to see the classic put on stage in the "Neuen Rathaus". Four actors/actresses cunningly jumped into the different roles and certainly left an impression on the audience, vividly demonstrating to us all with their performance that the themes of "ambition", "guilt" and "power" are as topical as ever. A real classic of English literature perfectly adapted for our students - we will certainly come again!
